REPLACE TITLE

If you misplaced, lost or your original Title was stolen, come into our office so that we can help you get a replacement. Avoid the waiting at the DMV. We are very patient in helping you fill out the right documents and we file with the DMV. This saves you precious time. 

• Bring In a valid Drivers License or valid form of indentification to complete the Duplicate Title Process
• The owner of the vehicle needs to provide proof of ownership. This could be in the form of a current registration or other form of documentation that matches the vehicle record. 
• We will need a filled out Application for Duplicate Title form  (REG 227) which we can provide here in our office. Don't worry! We help you with your documents!
• We might need additional documents such as release of lien if the vehicle was financed or leased. 
• There are DMV fees associated with this transaction as well as a TCA processing fee. 

 We will need to submit a completed Application for Replacement Stickers and tags. 

• We will fill out the DMV Document (REG 156). 
•  You may obtain a replacement month sticker, if eligible.
•   Replacement license stickers cannot be issued to vehicles that aren’t currently registered.  You can obtain them once we complete your registration process. 
• You will receive your replacement sticker instantly. 
• There is a DMV fee for this service as well as a TCA convenience processing fee.

IMPORTANT! If your license plate was stolen, you might be requied to obtain a police report for your protection. Even if it is not required, it is a good idea to get one. 

• Bring the police report with you to our office to help quicken the replacement process.  
• Bring in a valid drivers license or valid form of identification as proof that the vehicle belongs to you. 
• Bring in your current vehicle registration document or an old one no older than 3 years. Even if you have something with the VIN number and the owner's name would be helpful. We might be able to locate the information by running a history on the vehicle if all else fails. 
• There are DMV fees associated with this process. You will also, pay TCA processing fees.
